Services in the ground
We do
Excavation, retaining walls and levelling, then the services in the ground: water, sewer or septic tank, the rainwater well and earthing.الحفريات والجدران الاستنادية وتسوية الأرض، ثم الخدمات تحت الأرض: المياه، والصرف الصحي أو الحفرة الامتصاصية، وبئر تجميع الأمطار، والتأريض.

Invoices are raised against approved completion. Work is measured, approved, and only then billed, so you pay for what is done and verified, as it is done.

Figures here show the format of an update, not a project record.
Updates come with numbers, dates and names instead of adjectives: what is done, what was checked, what happens next.تأتي التحديثات بالأرقام والتواريخ والأسماء بدل الصفات: ما أُنجز، وما تمّ فحصه، وما يأتي بعده.
If an update has to be read twice, it is rewritten. If a number cannot be checked, it is not sent.إذا احتاج التحديث إلى قراءته مرتين، يُعاد كتابته. وإذا تعذّر التحقق من رقم، لا يُرسَل.
